1. Information We Collect

When you book a call or contact us, we collect your name, email address, phone number and what you tell us about your business. When you become a client, we also collect what the work needs, such as your business details, photos and access to accounts like your Google Business Profile.

When someone fills out a form on a website we run for you, or gets a text or review request we send for you, we handle their details on your behalf and only to run your service.

We also collect basic technical information automatically, such as IP address, browser type and the pages you visited. Our services are for business owners, and we do not knowingly collect anything from anyone under 18.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use it to answer you, to build and run your website and marketing, to send you your leads, to take payment, and to keep our services working. If you agreed to text messages, we use your phone number for those messages.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are never shared with anyone.

3. Information Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell your details. We share them only with the companies that help us run our services, and each gets only what it needs to do its job. We also share information when the law requires it.

4. Text Messaging and Your Consent

Consent to receive text messages is never a condition of buying anything from us. You can withdraw it at any time by replying STOP to any message we send. Reply HELP for assistance, or email us at gozie@okenumarketing.com. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

5. Email Communications

We email you about your call, your service and your payments. We may also send occasional news from Okenu Marketing, which you can stop at any time by emailing gozie@okenumarketing.com.

6. Data Security

We take reasonable steps to protect what you send us, but no service can promise it is impossible to break into.

7. Data Retention and Your Rights

We keep your information while we work together and afterward, unless you ask us to delete it. You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email gozie@okenumarketing.com and we will answer within 30 days. We still keep records the law requires, such as proof of payments, even if you ask us to delete everything.
