Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

These terms cover hiring Okenu Marketing to build and run your website and marketing, and using okenumarketing.com. By paying us or using our services, you agree to them. If you signed a written agreement with us, that agreement controls wherever it differs from these terms.

You have to be at least 18. If you are signing a business up, it has to be one you can make decisions for.

2. Description of Services

We build and host your website and run the marketing that comes with your plan. What each plan includes is on our pricing page, and anything else we agree on with you is in your proposal or agreement.

3. Fees and Payment

The monthly plan is $297 a month and the yearly plan is $2,970 for the year, unless your proposal or agreement gives a different price. One-time work, like setting up your Google Business Profile, is charged separately.

Payments are taken by Stripe, and your card details never reach us. A card processing fee may be added to each payment.

4. Subscription Renewal and Cancellation

The monthly plan renews every month and the yearly plan renews every year, until you cancel. You can cancel at any time by text or email before your next billing date. You will not be charged again, and your service runs to the end of the time you have already paid for.

Removing our access to your accounts counts as canceling.

5. Refunds

Payments are not refunded once they are made. That includes the rest of a month or year after you cancel, and one-time work once we have started it.

6. No Guarantee of Results

We do the work to help you rank on Google and get more leads, but Google decides where any business shows up, and how many people call you depends on things outside our control. We do not promise a ranking, a number of leads or an amount of revenue.

7. Client Responsibilities

We start the work once you send us the access, photos and details it needs. You are responsible for what you ask us to put on your website, in particular anything about licenses, insurance or guarantees, and for the texts and emails you approve us to send your customers.

8. SMS and Text Messaging Terms

By giving us your phone number and checking the consent box on our forms, you agree to receive text messages from Okenu Marketing. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

1. This campaign sends SMS Notifications, Alerts & Occasional Marketing Communication to customers who have opted in to receive SMS notifications.
2. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP" to the number you were messaged from. Upon sending "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.
3. If you experience issues with the messaging program, reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or reach out directly to gozie@okenumarketing.com.
4. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
5. As always, message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies. For questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

We provide the service as is, and we do not promise it will always be available or free of faults. We are not responsible for work you lose or income you miss while the service is down.

10. Indemnification

If somebody brings a claim against us over what you asked us to put on your website or the messages you approved, you agree to cover the cost of dealing with it, including reasonable legal fees.

11. Governing Law and Venue

Texas law governs these terms, and any dispute about them belongs in the courts of Travis County, Texas.

12. Modification and Severability

We may update these terms at any time. If a change affects your price or what you get, we will tell you before it happens. If a court strikes out one part of these terms, everything else still stands.
